About SBI Mutual Fund
SBI Funds Management Limited, established in 1992, is the biggest Asset Management Company (AMC) in India in terms of AUM. The company manages the highly popular SBI Mutual Fund. This AMC is a joint venture between the State Bank of India (SBI) and Amundi. They provide a large array of financial instruments including equity funds, debt funds, hybrid funds, ETFs, and portfolio management services (PMS). As of 2025, the firm manages about ₹16.32 lakh crore of assets, accounting for nearly 15.5% of India's total mutual fund AUM, serving over 16.05 million clients.
Promoters & Holding
State Bank of India, Amundi India Holding, and Amundi Asset Management are the core promoters of the company.
